On our first call we set your specific, measurable 12-week goal together, calibrated to a realistic rate of progress for your body. That target goes in writing. Do your part across the full 12 weeks, and if you do not hit it, I keep coaching you free for up to 6 more weeks until you do.
Your part means attending your calls, training the plan, hitting your nutrition, and staying coachable. Your logs and check-ins are the evidence. This protects the clients who do the work.
