We rebuild training around mechanical tension and progressive overload. Fewer key lifts, hard sets taken close to failure, and planned progression you can measure week to week.

Align the food

Individualized nutrition built around recomposition and your real schedule, with calorie, macro, and micronutrient targets dialed to you. Where it helps, we use bloodwork and health markers to find what is quietly capping your energy and recovery, then fix it with food first and a supplement protocol only where it earns its place.

Mentor the decisions

Every week, on a live call, we make the calls together so there is zero guessing. You stop second guessing and start operating with certainty.

How is this different from every program I have tried?
Every program you have tried was built for someone else. This is built around your body, your recovery, and your schedule, and every week we make the training and nutrition decisions together on a live call. You stop guessing.
How does accountability work?
A weekly 1-on-1 call, a weekly check-in on your numbers and photos, form reviews on the videos you send, and direct message support between calls within a set response window. You are never left to figure it out alone.
What is the investment?
It depends on your situation, which is exactly what the call is for. Coaching runs anywhere from $3,500 up to $12,000 depending on how much support you need and how long we work together. We map the right plan for you on the call, and I only take it further if it is genuinely a fit.
